    First workout of the year

    Power cleans 6 x 2 reps 30secs between sets

Kept it really light at 50kg as my back was feeling tight, may just be the cold weather. Need to try and remember to warm up more.

    Metcon

    15 power cleans 40kg
    25 pull ups
    15 burpee
    10 power cleans
    20 pull ups
    10 burpee
    5 power clean
    15 pull up
    5 burpee

Time – 10mins 10secs. Was hoping for under 10mins but had too many lapses in character

    later did tabata rows – 103m, 102m,102m., 101m,101m,100m, 101m,101m

yea man, the cold will definitely cause the tightness for sure. You gotta find a way to get heat into that place, bro… maybe a bonfire. :D

good work on that workout, that is a solid time for sure.

  • Davie

i dont think it would burn down as it isnt water proof, so is a bit damp too lol

  • Jay

oh man, cold AND damp… talk about character building….
